
John Krautsack
Chairman and CEO
Mr. Krautsack directs all investment activity at EMC. Mr. Krautsack started his career in the futures industry in
1985 as an assistant to a prominent S&P 500 trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. From 1989 to
1995, he managed trading operations for De Angelis Trading/Crown Capital Management, JPD Enterprises
and ALH Capital. He joined EMC in 1995, overseeing trading and managing the portfolio until he assumed the role of Chairman in 2013.

David Polli
Managing Director, Research
Mr. Polli joined EMC in 2002 and has directed the research agenda of the firm since 2008. Under his guidance,
EMC has constructed an entirely new research infrastructure using evolutionary, adaptive trading models. Mr. Polli
graduated with honors from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a B.S. in Computer and Electrical Engineering.

Brian Proctor
Managing Director
Mr. Proctor manages business development for EMC. He
began his futures career in 1982, with experience at both the Chicago Mercantile Exchange and
Chicago Board of Trade. Mr. Proctor was a participant in the renowned Turtle Program, and managed all trading
operations at C&D Commodities through 2000. Mr. Proctor holds a Bachelor's of Economics from Miami of Ohio
University, and a J.D. from John Marshall Law School.

Patrick O'Leary
Senior Research Developer
Mr. O'Leary joined EMC in 2006 and has been essential in the development of EMC's adaptive trading methodology.
Mr. O'Leary did his undergraduate studies in Computer Science and holds a Master's degree in Financial Engineering.
Prior to joining EMC, Mr. O'Leary led a team of developers at Trading Technologies, specializing in low-latency
trading software.

Robin Gerth
Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Gerth joined EMC in 2007 and is responsible for all administration and compliance at EMC. She has extensive experience
in project management, accounting and professional development. Ms. Gerth managed systems training for Urban Properties,
a real estate investment trust, for over 10 years. Prior to joining EMC, Ms. Gerth was employed by the Lake Forest Graduate
School of Management in corporate education. She holds bachelor's degrees in both Business Administration and Information Systems.
